Student Success Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all student records in PowerSchool with high accuracy
• Conduct regular audits of credits, GPA, and transcript accuracy to ensure compliance
• Monitor student progress toward graduation requirements and flag discrepancies
• Lead transcript audits and process student enrollment, withdrawals, and records requests
• Develop and monitor individualized student academic and postsecondary plans
• Support postsecondary readiness programming, including college applications and FAFSA
• Analyze student data to identify and intervene with students at risk of delayed graduation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a registrar, student records, or data systems role
• Experience working with high school students in academic advising or counseling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical skills in data systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and maintain high data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Missouri Counselor Certification
• Experience working within school or education systems
