Student Success Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor disability-related accommodations, including testing allowances, alternative format books, and adaptive technology.
• Oversee front desk services, including managing student staff, phone calls, and the main disability support services email.
• Conduct student meetings and maintain confidential notes to support disability services.
• Provide general administrative support to the Center for Student Success, including answering inquiries from students, families, and faculty.
• Perform data entry of student information using Ellucian Colleague and SLATE CRM systems.
• Coordinate event logistics for the Office of Research, including room reservations, catering requests, and guest speaker payments.
• Review and edit Office of Research publications and materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain student data in strict accordance with FERPA guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• One year of experience in the higher education field.
• Strong knowledge of FERPA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM software and database systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish.
