Student Success Coach Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to online learners, managing logistics for admissions, registration, enrollment, financial aid, and graduation.
• Coach and lead a team of Student Success Coaches, setting performance goals and expectations in coordination with the Retention Manager.
• Resolve complex learner issues and coordinate with various university departments to ensure full solutions.
• Utilize CRM and LMS technology to track the student journey and suggest system improvements.
• Participate in professional development to maintain excellence in customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience in customer or student support service (relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
• Experience working with CRM and LMS systems.
• Strong ability to solve challenges and communicate effectively across different departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of customer service or student support experience.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience on a Student Success Coach team.
• Experience in higher education, admissions, or online learning environments.
• Ability to connect authentically with individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
