About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate office staff
- Schedule student appointments and monitor office email for requests
- Provide customer service to students and faculty at the front counter
- Perform clerical duties including routing paperwork and Google Drive file maintenance
- Assist with special projects and other office duties as assigned
- Report lost and found items to Police & Public Safety
Requirements
- Availability to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Proficiency in Google Drive
- Ability to manage confidential information with professional etiquette
- Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks
- Reliable and timely attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- College Work Study eligibility
- Experience with Salesforce or Banner
- Availability for opening and/or closing shifts
