Student Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student recruitment and facilitate a smooth admissions and enrollment process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing personalized support from initial inquiry to campus arrival.
• Provide essential information regarding enrollment, university policies, academic programs, and student life.
• Engage with campus partners and the public through various on-campus and off-campus recruitment events.
• Utilize a consultative, solution-based approach to guide students through the application process.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with students outside of standard office hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
