About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about programs and admission processes
- Assist potential students in completing the enrollment process and gathering documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a smooth transition
- Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet enrolled
- Provide guidance and support throughout the application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- 2 to 3 years of outbound calling, admissions, or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Eligibility to work in the United States
