Student Recruitment Communications Officer

Responsibilities

• Implement digital communication plans across a broad range of marketing and communication channels
• Advise on best practices and strategies to maximize digital and print communication initiatives
• Analyze metrics and trends to optimize recruitment outcomes
• Liaise with university colleagues to ensure consistent and integrated messaging
• Develop visual expression, layout, and design for print and digital assets
• Produce digital and printed promotional and outreach materials
• Maintain information on digital platforms and resolve minor technical or content errors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of four years of relevant communications and outreach experience in a university setting
• Proven experience in the design and layout of print and digital communications
• Proficiency with Client Relationship Management (CRM) databases
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
• Skills in videography, photography, and image editing applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak recruitment periods
