Student Records and Registration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission processes in collaboration with departmental and divisional contacts
• Monitor and track student course enrollments and verify the accuracy of enrollment information
• Review and assess student records to determine academic standing and communicate changes to students
• Assess student requests for Letters of Permission to attend other universities
• Track departmental transfer assessment decisions and maintain accurate records
• Verify the accuracy of cumulative grade point averages (GPAs) and academic records
• Respond to inquiries from prospective, current, and former students via email, letter, and telephone

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience working with student records and registrations
• Proven experience maintaining, assessing, and updating student academic records
• Demonstrated experience verifying cumulative GPAs and course enrollment accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office, Degree Explorer, and Student Information Systems (e.g., ROSI)
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
