Student Operations & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of the Glion Summer Program to ensure a high-quality participant experience
• Deliver student onboarding, orientation, and induction programmes to facilitate a positive start for new students
• Coordinate student engagement initiatives, events, and enrichment activities to foster a vibrant campus community
• Act as a key point of contact for students, visitors, and stakeholders, providing professional and responsive support
• Manage student-facing communications to promote campus activities, events, and engagement opportunities
• Coordinate campus tours and support initiatives aimed at enhancing student recruitment, retention, and satisfaction
• Assist with campus operations through effective administration, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination

Requirements

• Qualification in education, business administration, hospitality, events, or a related field
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule
• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
