Student Media Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, staffing, and public liaison support for the Office of Student Media
• Track advertising revenue and monitor student production
• Process stipends and manage general office operations
• Staff the front desk and handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth office functioning

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent and two years of experience in a program specialty (or equivalent education/experience)
• Experience in financial activities such as purchasing, personnel, and cost analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent command of English language and grammar
• Two years of professional work experience in higher education
• Experience with Washington State University systems (Workday, AIS, DEPPS, PERMS, etc.)
• Strong work experience with Windows/Microsoft Office applications and web-based management
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with campus and community partners
