Student Marketeer

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by representing Red Bull's values and personality through daily consumer interactions
• Drive brand awareness and product understanding through strategic sampling at the right time and place
• Design and execute an innovative campus plan to engage students and make the brand experiential
• Build and maintain a strong network of key influential personalities within the university and local region
• Promote brand loyalty by creating authentic content on social media channels
• Support Red Bull events and sponsored activities to provide unforgettable brand experiences
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to increase product availability and visibility on campus
• Ensure perfect execution of defined in-store standards and create new distribution points

Requirements

• Currently enrolled university student
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Charismatic, dynamic, and positive personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Deep knowledge of the local university, city, and regional "hot spots"
• Ability to balance part-time work with academic studies
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel 80-90% of the time
