Student Marketeer

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Red Bull's personality and values through premium consumer interactions
• Drive product awareness and trial through strategic sampling at the right place and time
• Build and execute an innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university
• Create authentic social media content to drive brand engagement on your personal handles
• Establish and maintain a strong network of local key individuals and influential campus groups
• Support Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers
• Collaborate with sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility in local outlets
• Identify and open new distribution points within the university campus and surrounding areas
• Plan and report all activities accurately via the dedicated online platform

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a charismatic, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people
• Deeply immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of your university, city, and region
• Creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of initiative
• Ability to effectively manage part-time work alongside academic studies
• Availability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product
• Event or project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver's License
• Existing connections with influential groups or individuals on campus
• Experience in marketing, negotiation, or sales
