Student Life Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front-line customer service to students and families via phone, email, and in person
• Manage Student Life data, systems, documents, and website content, including student organization memberships and charges
• Oversee residence hall and fraternity house assignments in collaboration with the Assistant Director for Community Life
• Coordinate divisional events, space reservations, operational calendars, and meeting materials
• Support the family communication plan and track policy changes for the Student Handbook
• Monitor Student Life budget tracking, account management, and p-card processing
• Maintain internal and external grievance files required for accreditation compliance
• Serve as a liaison to other internal teams and assist with HR processing for personnel files

Requirements

• Two years of related administrative or operational experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or certification
