Student Life Associate

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with students across a wide range of Jewish backgrounds and identities
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all students, focusing on those not traditionally engaged in Hillel
• Enhance student experiences using the Hillel garden and commercial kitchen
• Partner with student leaders to create and execute diverse programming
• Advise student groups to create impactful, mission-driven programming
• Track student interactions and program participation using engagement systems
• Collaborate with staff colleagues and campus partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 0–3 years of experience (early-career professionals encouraged)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and Jewish holidays
• Passion for community building and relationship management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Benefits

• Salary range of $45,000 – $48,000
