Student Groups Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the local portfolio of student group programs, including student associations, student federations, and academic leadership activities.
• Lead and ensure student involvement in initiatives and projects that benefit the campus and the student community.
• Ensure the integral formation of students by following national guidelines and institutional values.
• Manage participation strategies for student groups in local, national, and international forums.
• Develop and implement training programs to provide students with tools and skills for their leadership roles.
• Coordinate with academic advisors, school departments, and campus leadership to foster collaboration and student development.
• Establish links with civil society, government agencies, and the private sector to create new opportunities for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in student support and student group management.
• Experience in project administration and formation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, service orientation, and self-management skills.
