Student Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure a memorable formative experience for high school students by implementing innovative activities aligned with the VIVE strategy.
• Plan, organize, and promote student life through the five strategic areas: Art and Culture, Athletics, Social Impact, Student Groups, and E-sports.
• Manage the "Cobertura VIVE" budget, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and reporting.
• Perform semesterly and termly planning for student activities, including logistics and facilitator coordination.
• Document program activities and report key indicators to central areas in a timely manner.
• Support student projects and initiatives that promote well-being and a healthy campus environment.
• Accompany students on signature trips and participate in the design of national events.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Título).
• 3 years of professional experience in student activities and event organization.
• Proven experience in student leadership and student formation processes.
• Experience in budget management.
• Excellent communication skills and an extroverted personality.
• Strong ability in people development.
