Student Engagement Intramural Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Train, coordinate, and schedule referees and intramural teams
• Manage league logistics including seeding, win/loss tracking, and equipment setup/take-down
• Serve as the primary point of contact for referees and intramural events
• Oversee administrative tasks such as game-day check-ins, scorekeeping, and attire verification
• Manage outreach efforts including social media content, flyer creation, and tabling events
• Maintain inventory, track budgets, and handle equipment maintenance and supplies

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time on-campus student in good academic, financial, and conduct standing
• Experience with intramurals, refereeing, athletics, or a similar field
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills
• Proficient in email communication and data collection
• Professional and mature communication style
