Student Engagement Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective postgraduate students across Australia, guiding them through the inquiry, application, and enrolment process.
• Conduct phone and email-based outreach to warm leads who have enquired about partner programs.
• Build rapport and maintain meaningful engagement with prospective students to support their educational decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic Services, and Student Support teams to maintain a continuous feedback loop.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring student records are accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to team enrolment targets and achieve activity benchmarks such as calls and appointments.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or education-related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
