About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain customer training materials, including slide decks, onboarding guides, user documentation, and FAQs
  • Produce short how-to guides, reference materials, and interactive media such as videos to support customer onboarding
  • Support the preparation of training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure new features and releases are accurately reflected in customer-facing documentation
  • Track customer engagement activities and ensure Salesforce (SF) records are up to date
  • Provide Customer Success support to a portfolio of smaller or lower-complexity accounts, including webinar outreach and invitations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes

Requirements

  • Current Master's or postgraduate student
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in Customer Success, customer experience, or customer-facing roles
  • Interest in Defense, Geopolitics, or adjacent markets
  • Familiarity with SaaS, data, research, or analytics-driven products
  • Prior internship or work experience in customer-facing, research, or support roles is a plus
