Student Conduct Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with the General Student Regulations and institutional ethics codes.
• Promote a positive coexistence and learning environment for high school students.
• Design and execute educational spaces regarding student rights and responsibilities.
• Investigate student conduct cases using established institutional interview and research strategies.
• Manage student conduct reports through internal platforms while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Coordinate with disciplinary committees to implement formative or disciplinary consequences.
• Act as a mediator or advisor in disciplinary matters and participate in crisis committees when required.
• Collaborate with various institutional departments, including legal, ethics, and human dignity centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in educational institutions (student welfare, discipline, or mentoring).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong conflict management and mediation skills.
• Proven leadership and collaboration abilities.
• High level of emotional intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in crisis management or student affairs.
