Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of peers through recruiting, training, and coaching
• Establish the cafe as a community cornerstone through hospitality and partnerships
• Drive cafe profitability by managing sales growth, labor costs, and inventory
• Serve as the face of Saxbys on campus, communicating mission and values
• Collaborate with the Operations Lead on strategic initiatives
• Partner with Marketing to execute local promotional campaigns
• Assist Recruiting in identifying and developing talent

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate student in good academic standing
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Able to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods
• Able to stoop, kneel, and ascend/descend ladders or stairs
• Able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 35 lbs
• Support and promote Saxbys Mission and Core Values

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies
• Prior Saxbys cafe experience
• Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or volunteer settings
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail
