About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, strike, and operation of audio, lighting, video, staging, and electrical equipment
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests during events
- Assist clients and guests in the operation of audio visual systems
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems and equipment
- Enforce building policies and procedures and assist with building emergencies or evacuations
- Prepare detailed event reports and necessary paperwork
Requirements
- Ability to follow industry safety standards and organizational policies
- Professional attitude and conduct when interacting with clients and guests
- Ability to make operational decisions affecting public image
