Student Associate - DTS IT

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level user help desk support for Campus Services.
• Perform workstation and application configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with wireless configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support various applications and perform administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
• Assist in special projects such as database design, application design, and system implementation based on skill level.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student, departmental, and institutional information.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a related IT degree program at a post-secondary institution.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Must be enrolled at least part-time (one or more credit hours) or be a registered student for the upcoming academic term.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous IT experience is preferred.
