Responsibilities

• Ensure telephone accessibility by receiving, processing, and forwarding incoming calls
• Provide structured conversation guidance and initial assessment of concerns
• Coordinate callbacks and information transfer to specialized departments
• Manage and coordinate telephone appointment requests
• Assign, change, and cancel appointments according to department guidelines
• Maintain and document appointments in IT systems

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Human Medicine, Health Economics, Health Management, or a comparable field
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
• Very good communication skills and confident expression in German
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Proficient in using digital systems
• Discretion and sense of responsibility regarding sensitive data
