Student Assistant for Web – Commercial Excellence

Responsibilities

• Organize, modify, and update existing content on the Group website
• Assist in building campaign landing pages and establishing best practices for campaign content
• Support editors with content updates and collaborate on creating new pages and websites
• Assist the Product Owner in communicating with developers regarding website management and development
• Support the UX designer with user research and design documentation tasks
• Monitor site analytics, analyze website traffic, and plan improvements based on performance
• Conduct keyword research and explore trends to improve organic visibility
• Gather business requirements to create user stories and backlog tickets
• Improve training materials and documentation for the CMS platform
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the Optimizely CMS and PIM system

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital marketing, web management, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as EPiServer or Optimizely CMS
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Proficient in MS Office
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and an interest in digital user journeys
