Student Assistant for Global Process Excellence and SAP Transformation

Responsibilities

• Assist team leads with process documentation using SIGNAVIO
• Support project management and follow-up activities
• Perform Cloud ALM housekeeping and reporting
• Organize and coordinate global meetings and workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program (e.g., life science, technology, engineering, business administration, or similar)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Fluent in both English and Danish
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with process management or BPM
• Interest in ERP systems or large-scale transformation programs
• Knowledge of Cloud ALM, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, or SharePoint
