About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and email support to students, parents, alumni, and external stakeholders at the San Luis Potosí campus.
- Manage and follow up on academic requests, including certificates, academic histories, and transcripts.
- Guide and support users through administrative processes such as enrollment and accessing the MiTec portal.
- Participate in Welcome events and information sessions for high school and professional levels to provide administrative guidance.
- Assist students during course registration sessions to resolve doubts regarding the process.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Empathetic, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow institutional policies and procedures to ensure timely resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
