About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and email support to students, parents, alumni, and external stakeholders at the San Luis Potosí campus.
  • Manage and follow up on academic requests, including certificates, academic histories, and transcripts.
  • Guide and support users through administrative processes such as enrollment and accessing the MiTec portal.
  • Participate in Welcome events and information sessions for high school and professional levels to provide administrative guidance.
  • Assist students during course registration sessions to resolve doubts regarding the process.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to follow institutional policies and procedures to ensure timely resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English.
