Student Analyst (Registered Behavior Technician)

About the Company

Highlights Healthcare provides diagnosis and early intervention ABA therapy services for children with autism. We specialize in serving young learners and families with Medicaid benefits using evidence-based ABA treatments.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner
• Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments during sessions
• Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and participate in group sessions
• Receive additional education and support for Master's level program completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal history background check
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual applicants
• Enrollment in an accredited Master's program
