About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner
- Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments during sessions
- Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and participate in group sessions
- Receive additional education and support for Master's level program completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal history background check
- Reliable transportation and valid car insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills
- Enrollment in an ABA Master’s program
