Student Analyst (Registered Behavior Technician)

Responsibilities

• Implement unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner
• Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments during sessions
• Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and participate in group sessions
• Participate in the Student Analyst Program to support Master's level program completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual applicants
• Enrollment in an accredited Master's program
