Student Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, student-centred advisory and administrative services supporting students throughout their academic lifecycle, from enrolment to graduation.
• Partner with academic and professional staff to coordinate student management activities and enhance systems, policies, and processes.
• Provide accurate advice and resolve complex enquiries to create a positive student experience.
• Contribute to meaningful outcomes that support student success, retention, and progression.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with a substantial administrative background in a similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage complex enquiries.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively using initiative and sound judgement.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
