Student Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic programs, course selection, and career opportunities
• Provide information about admissions procedures, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to discuss students’ strengths and success strategies
• Organize workshops, seminars, and events aimed at student development
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational policies and job market trends
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student experience
• Document and track student interactions and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an educational or training environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of academic programs and career options in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage
• High level of empathy and commitment to student success
