About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage collections of outstanding accounts receivable from current and former students
- Work to reduce accounts receivable delinquency
- Provide high-quality customer service to students and families
- Assist with ongoing duties of the Accounting Services Department, including processing daily deposits and entering cash receipts
Requirements
- Proven training and experience in accounting
- Proficiency with computer spreadsheets
- Experience in receivables and collections is preferred
