About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve student account inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person contact
- Assist the AVP of Student Financial Services with daily departmental responsibilities
- Work directly with a diverse student population to answer questions and solve problems
- Support the student accounts staff in completing various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of academic, office, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of PowerCampus and Powerfaids
