Structurer, North America Strategic Equity Solutions Origination, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke structured equity derivative solutions, including equity-based financing, hedging, and monetization transactions.
• Own equity derivative pricing models and develop high-quality pitchbook materials.
• Price equity derivative transactions utilizing the Black-Scholes Model and analyze market data.
• Participate in pre-trade and post-sales efforts, including marketing presentations and client meetings.
• Partner with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, and Finance to ensure appropriate governance.
• Manage overall transaction execution and assess risk/reward to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in structuring, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets Origination.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
