Structured Finance - Structurer - Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of target companies' industries, financial performance, and operational metrics to assess credit risk and debt capacity
• Perform detailed valuation analyses using DCF models, market comparables, and precedent transactions to support deal structuring
• Undertake comprehensive due diligence processes covering financial, market, and legal aspects
• Assist in negotiating and executing complex financing agreements and legal documentation in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, legal counsel, and rating agencies throughout the transaction execution stages
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including pitch decks, review memoranda, and periodic risk updates
• Manage deal logistics, including timelines and information flow, to ensure seamless execution of live transactions
• Monitor portfolio positions by updating key metrics and providing timely reports to management

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity capital markets, or leverage finance
• Expertise in financial statement and capital structure analysis
• In-depth familiarity with loan documentation, bond covenants, and special purpose vehicle structures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Practical experience utilizing Bloomberg terminals for research
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline
• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
