Structured Finance Origination Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to execute structured finance transactions from origination to closing
• Manage global relationships with originators, lenders, and counterparties
• Draft and negotiate LOIs, MOUs, and term sheets
• Conduct financial analysis and performance modelling for both asset and liability sides
• Perform due diligence on originators and lending portfolios
• Research and evaluate global lending markets to identify new opportunities
• Support ongoing transaction monitoring and amendments
• Drive process improvement through the development of analytical tools and models
• Present investment recommendations to internal committees

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial services (bank, asset manager, private credit, or direct lender)
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with structured products such as ABS, CLO, MBS, or securitizations
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing people
• Proven track record of running end-to-end deals
• Advanced Excel modelling skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Master's degree
• Python proficiency
• Fluency in German or Dutch
