Structured Data Senior Lead

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve structured data solutions to impact media performance and automation
• Own structured data frameworks for search, social, programmatic, and retail media
• Translate business objectives into scalable data models, schemas, and transformation logic
• Drive data augmentation initiatives including attribute expansion and product clustering
• Design systems for emerging agentic commerce and AI-generated creative use cases
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence feed infrastructure and governance
• Establish validation frameworks and QA protocols for data integrity
• Mentor junior team members and set technical best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in structured data, product feeds, or marketing data engineering
• Hands-on experience with Google Shopping, Meta Catalog, or retail media networks
• Strong understanding of schema design and transformation workflows
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience driving metadata enhancements tied to measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with AI or automation applied to structured workflows
• Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills
