Structure Repair Engineer

Responsibilities

• Answer daily repair queries related to design and documentation in liaison with partner design offices
• Liaise with Design Offices to ensure timely availability of repair definitions and justifications
• Coordinate with spare parts organizations regarding repair parts availability
• Initiate updates to structure repair documentation
• Assist operators on-site with structure damage evaluation and repair embodiment
• Ensure seamless information flow to and from operators regarding repair matters
• Provide engineering support to Customer Services departments and regional teams
• Establish and improve customer relationships through regular reviews and information exchange
• Act as a primary customer focal point and operational leader for aircraft-level coordination

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree in aeronautics
• 3+ years of experience in aircraft structures design and stress analysis
• Knowledge of composite materials and metallurgy
• Experience in Customer Services, preferably within the civil aeronautical field
• Knowledge of structural repairs and airline/MRO operations
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Strong presentation skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work in a highly demanding environment and adapt to specific demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in an MRO environment
• High interest or experience working with integrated electronic data processing systems
• Proficiency in additional languages
