Structural Test Program Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare test load programs, including actuator loads, for static, fatigue, damage tolerance, stiffness, bird impact, and dynamic tests.
• Issue critical documentation such as Test Plans and Test Results.
• Control the execution of test specifications and act as the conductor during the execution phase.
• Define and perform the necessary analysis and documentation for the manufacture and mechanical assembly of tests to ensure tool integrity.
• Coordinate inspections and define test instrumentation for in-flight load measurements.
• Track, control, and provide final technical approval for the manufacturing of all tool parts.
• Provide technical support and verify mechanical assembly of test specimens.
• Manage the global planning of tests throughout the entire process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Security Management.
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risks and provide recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
