Structural Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction works with a focus on structural elements to ensure compliance with drawings and standards
• Monitor and verify quality of materials such as concrete and reinforcement steel
• Identify, document, and report non-conformance, defects, or quality issues
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Witness and record key activities including reinforcement installation and concrete pouring
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and shop drawings
• Maintain proper inspection records and site reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction
• Data center experience preferred
• Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of design review and pre-construction documents (Method Statements, ITPs, Quality Plans)
• Experience inspecting site works for compliance with approved drawings
