Structural Engineering Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Help expand KPFF’s presence in the Madison, WI market
• Grow existing and establish new client relationships
• Mentor and support the growth of future engineers and team members
• Collaborate with engineers across KPFF’s national network on technically challenging projects
• Help shape the future direction, culture, and growth of the Madison office

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience
• Demonstrated management experience leading teams larger than 5 people
• Design experience across a wide range of materials and sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Established personal brand in the A/E/C community
