Structural Engineering Group Leader

Responsibilities

• Help grow the structural engineering group in the Nashville market and expand the office's local presence
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and BIM modelers
• Strengthen and expand client relationships to secure new work and growth opportunities
• Provide technical and project leadership across various structural systems and materials
• Shape office culture, team processes, and long-term strategy

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of three or more engineers
• Experience with complex project leadership and direct client interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience with client development and business development
