Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design, detailed drafting, and structural calculations for industrial and real estate projects.
• Act as a project leader, managing time, costs, and quality follow-ups for assigned assignments.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality processes and undergo necessary reviews.
• Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior consultants within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term cooperation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction, preferably in a consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of building design and structural calculations.
• University degree in building engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and sales skills to drive projects forward and manage client relations.
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is required for client documentation and communication.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate collaboration within a global organization.
