About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of structural engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and maintain clear, consistent communication
  • Participate in feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports
  • Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies
  • Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Minimum 4 years of structural engineering design experience
  • Proficiency with structural analysis software (ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
  • Experience with BIM software such as Revit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Project management experience
