About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of structural engineering projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and maintain clear communication
- Participate in feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments
- Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports
- Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies for risks
- Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 4 years of structural engineering design experience
- Proficiency with structural analysis software (ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
