Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations and analyses for steel, wood, and concrete according to Eurocode
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to optimize material quantities and solve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Produce basis for drawings and specifications
• Report and follow up on own progress and budget

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design of buildings
• Proficiency in manual and software-based structural calculations
• Proficiency in designing load-bearing structures according to Eurocode
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international projects, especially in the Nordics
• Knowledge of the Swedish application of Eurocode (EKS)
• Proficiency in Tekla or Revit for modelling and drawing production
