Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify structural calculations in accordance with Eurocodes and Finnish national standards
• Perform and support 3D modeling as part of the design process
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Take responsibility for the quality of structural designs and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience in structural design
• Proficient use of RFEM, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects in Nordic countries
• Proven track record with reference projects in industrial and public sector projects
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently and with strong accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Steel workshop (fabrication) design
• Experience in precast element design
• Experience in modeling structures in Revit
• Experience working on projects in Finland
• Finnish language skills or ability to develop them for design documentation
