Structural Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to discuss design projects and determine appropriate solutions
• Create designs using ArtiosCAD
• Create packaging samples using the CAD table
• Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines
• Develop detailed production specifications from prototypes
• Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging design
• Proficiency in ArtiosCAD, ArtiosCAD 3D, and DataCenter Admin
• Experience with retail POP displays, industrial packaging, and folding cartons
• Hands-on experience with CAD table operations and ESKO systems (e.g., Kongsberg/Data Tech)
• Proficiency in Cape palletization software and strength analysis
• Ability to conceptualize packaging from concept through completion
• College education or significant coursework in computers, CAD, and drafting, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
