About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform RCC and Steel structural design for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Conduct load calculations and ensure compliance with IS Codes and design standards
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and design reports
- Coordinate with architects and site teams to provide design clarifications and support technical queries
- Work independently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in structural design
- Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel structural design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD Pro
- Proficiency in MS Excel for design calculations and reporting
- Sound understanding of IS Codes and structural design standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Revit Structure
- Prior experience working within a consultancy or construction firm
- Strong problem-solving attitude and communication skills
